Forming a nonprofit 501c3 in California is not as easy as you may think - attend this session and come away with an understanding of the critical steps involved. - Do you know what legal steps you need to take to incorporate?

- Do you have a concise mission statement?
- Have you created a business plan that will help you fulfill your mission?
- Do you understand the laws and strategies of fundraising?
This workshop addresses these issues and shows you the essential information you need to apply for nonprofit incorporation and tax exempt status and to launch a successful venture. Bring your questions and we'll build the agenda around today's specific challenges.
