Teen Summit
"Take the Lead," the
11th Annual Teen Summit, to promote
volunteerism, develop leadership skills, and
increase awareness of social trends at the
local, state and national levels will take
place March 23, 2007 at California
State University, Fullerton. Over 400
youth, ages 12-17, and educators from public
and private schools will come together to
explore ways that they can do just that.
The largest youth conference of its kind in
Southern California, the 2007 summit will
feature Erin Gruwell, revolutionary educator
as the keynote speaker, a networking lunch,
and more than twenty different workshops.
