Volunteer Center
Orange County (VCOC) provides comprehensive
management services to corporations seeking
a connection in the community through
volunteerism. Utilizing our management
expertise and community connections we custom design
one day projects and
ongoing volunteer programs
specifically tailored to the needs and
interests of your organization.
Corporate volunteer
management is a fee based service.
Projects and programs are quoted on a
case-by-case basis and based on a variety of
factors including: number of volunteers,
complexity, management requirements and time
of year.
One Day
Projects
 VCOC
manages one day projects for a wide variety of
corporate volunteers. These groups can
range from a small branch office to an
international conference of over 2,000
employees. Projects can be at the
identified agency or brought to your
location. Our level of management
depends on your needs, below is an example
of our services for a one day project.
- Identify
agencies based on your criteria
- Provide a
report stating a variety of project
options
- Coordinate
site visits
- Manage
project budget and acquisition of
project materials
- Support
your staff members who are
coordinating additional logistics including
transportation, communications, etc.
- Provide day-of
leadership and direction
- Create reports
and presentations stating impact
Ongoing
Volunteer Programs
VCOC will work with you to create custom
ongoing volunteer programs that mobilize
your employee and organizational strengths
to make a lasting impact in our community.
This can be as simple as organizing a
volunteer fair at your location to connect
employees with local nonprofits, or as
complex as designing a long term,
sustainable program that matches your
company's skills with a specific needs of
community organizations.
