Consulting Services
for community organizations, corporations and
leaders who want to create change for greater impact.
Fact: Reduction in the
amount of government funding available for nonprofits, combined with the
reduction of government services to vulnerable populations is forcing nonprofits
to serve more clients, with fewer resources.
The Need:
Nonprofit organizations need to invest in significant capacity-building efforts
in order to meet the increasing demand for their services. Capacity-building is
an abstract term that describes the development of the capabilities, knowledge
and resources that nonprofits need to be effective. It can include: governance
and leadership; Mission, Vision and Strategic-Planning; Program Delivery and
Measuring Impact; Strategic Relationships; Resource Development and Internal
Operations and Management.
