We welcome the
opportunity to work in partnership with all
Orange County nonprofit and community-based
organizations, to provide them with a
spectrum of services and resources.
Agency Registration
1. Make sure
that:
- Your
organization has nonprofit status and
that you are able to send us a copy of
501(c)3 status. This does not
apply to governmental entities, public schools,
and proprietary health care facilities.
- Volunteers
will not be required to conduct or engage
in religious, sectarian or political
activities.
- Volunteers
will not be used to directly solicit
funds for your organization.
- Volunteers
will not be sent to organizations that
operate out of a private residence.
2. Complete the
Partnership Registration form (formerly "MOU")
To receive our help
in accessing volunteers for your
organization's ongoing positions or
short-term assignments, we require
verification of your nonprofit status and
completion of the
partner registration
form.

Receiving Volunteer Referrals
1. Complete
the Project Registration Form
If you are a
"registered partner" (see above), you are
eligible to receive referrals through our
website by submitting the
project registration
form.
Requests for
volunteers will be entered into our website.
Volunteers searching
our website for
volunteer opportunities are "referred" to the projects that fit into their
range of interest, geography and schedule.
Your designated contact will receive an
automated email with the volunteer's
name and email address.
2.
Requirements:
All projects MUST
be eligible to take volunteers.
Volunteers should not routinely be turned
away from your project.
AND
All inquires
MUST be responded to within 48 hours.
